ESL-Library's Lesson on Sleep

“There’s no hope for a civilization which starts each day to the sound of an alarm clock.”

SleepDo you get enough sleep? Do your students always seem sleepy?¬†The ESL-Library team challenges you to use our Health¬†Matters lesson: “5 Reasons You’re not getting enough Sleep”. This lesson asks your students to create a list called “Sleep Rituals: How to get a good night’s rest”. You can participate in our online challenge by sharing your lists in the comments below. Don’t forget to include your country and the name of your school. If you have your own blog, please share a link to the post where your students published their ideas for sleep rituals. We look forward to seeing your lists!

This lesson includes a warmup, a reading, vocabulary review tasks, a writing task, a “Corner Questions” game (based on agreeing and disagreeing), and a role-play about insomnia.
