Thank you for sharing that practical, upbeat, and encouraging prescription for happiness.

Happiness, as you know, is a serious question. Students seem to appreciate articles, podcasts, and videos that attempt to raise their quality of life and general satisfaction. Your inclusion of practices like keeping a gratitude journal and remembering that happiness partly comes from our genes is quite helpful, especially when stressed out students feel overwhelmed.

Thank you, again, for sharing this simple, practical tips… for almost everyone!

I only use for lessons and haven’t really looked around the site so much. I was unaware of the podcasts! Will definitely see if my students are interested!

Can anyone define the word Happiness? What is Happiness we do not know because every single person has its own meaning of happiness. Finding the ways to be happy in life is only a way that can make everyone happy in this world.
