It's the year of the dragon! Lunar New Year (also called "Chinese New Year" and "Spring Festival") is the biggest and most important holiday of the year for Chinese people around the world. People in other Asian countries such as Vietnam and Korea celebrate the new year at this time as well. Students study the Chinese zodiac and learn "red" idioms.
