9/11 Heroes | Podcast #129

ESL Lesson Plan September 11 Heroes 9/11On September 11th, 2001, many people died trying to protect others from harm. These people included firefighters, police officers, and everyday citizens. More than ten years have passed since this terrorist attack, but the heroes of 9/11 will never be forgotten. This week’s mini-podcast offers an audio preview of our Famous People lesson plan on the 9/11 Heroes. In the corresponding lesson plan, students complete vocabulary review exercises and comprehension questions based on the reading. They also practice summarizing information and writing interview questions and thank you notes.
